In any event an unused product does not suit your needs, it may be returned for full credit or exchange, subject to item availability.  All orders on ovadiaandsons.com will be sent with instructions on how to return or exchange your purchase if needed.  All items must be accompanied by a completed return form and receipt. Failure to include this form will delay the processing of your return.

All returns received within 14 days of your receipt of the item(s) will be credited to the original form of payment. The credit should appear on your next billing statement. Please allow 10-14 business days for receipt and processing of returns. All returns received after 14 days from your receipt of the item(s) will be considered for the issuance of a Ovadia & Sons Shop Credit.

If an item exchange is a result based on issues of quality, the exchanged items will be shipped at no cost to you via UPS Ground.

Items returned for exchange will be refunded and a new order will be processed and charged for the replacement item(s). Availability of replacement item is not guaranteed. Please allow 10-12 business days for processing of an exchange.

Gifts that are returned are subject to exchange or merchandise credit only. Please allow 10-14 business days for receipt and processing of your return and merchandise credit.

Clearance and Sale price merchandise purchased online or by telephone are fully refundable if returned.

Return by mail: List items on the return form, fill in the quantity returned. Pack your return and include the Return / Exchange form that is enclosed with your shipment. Please note that there is a $5.00 charge if you return the item with the included postage stamp.
